Anatomical sound structres: Plexus/ Godot/ Mother Lode III/ What was here before (UA)

Ensemble unitedberlin examines under the lead of Vladimir Jurowski the anatomy os musical structures. The program is opened with Mother Lode III wich explores the effects of sound in space. The main event of the evening is the first performance of a new piece by the Latvian composer Jānis Petraškevičs, dedicated to Juris Azers and Guntars Freibergs. Anna Korsuns describes her Plexus as ‚a complex net of sounds, constantly moving and forming an organic structure’. Finally we hear Godot comes, but leaves again by Georg Katzer, a play with expectations and surprises.
